Our Sales Consultant, SERGE DIVITO, was excellent. My husband is a retired Sales Person who owned two companies and said she would hire Serge in a minute!! He took such care to show us the Sentra's on your lot, but I wanted white with the cloth (gray marble) interior. He found the car and had it delivered from another dealership. After signing all the paperwork we were on our way home with the vehicle I wanted! If I have questions about the Sentra, I will be back to see SERGE. We keep our vehicles a long time. Excessive Road Noise on 2016 Altima I was greeting by Robert Zoffner, Jr. He had mechanics assess the noise issue and totally went the extra mile to inform me as I waited in lounge. He checked in with me as I waiting to assure me that the problem was being assessed and suspected tires and nothing major. I had purchased the 2016 Nissan Altima from another dealer a week earlier and noticed the noise thereafter. That dealer was too far to travel and warranty was still in effect so I took it to Crown Nissan. I am so happy that the problem appears to be feathered tires and front end alignment on right side. But with that being said, I was most pleased with Robert Zoffer, Jr for being so on top of the progress and communicating with me the entire time I was there (2 hrs). I not only was not charged for this service call but received a great complimentary car wash. Wow, I was so impressed and will return to have work done on my car for sure. Thanks Crown Nissan More

I made an appointment to go in and speak I shopped around on line for the right car and at the price. I saw Crown Nissan had a car i was looking for. He was very nice and helpful and understood my needs and what I was looking for in fiancing. he called me the next day and asked if i could come back in he thought they had found the fiancing i was looking for. i went there on a Saturday morning at 9oclock AM and drove my new car home by 11oclock AM.
