My mom and I went into Crown Nissan to either renew the lease or buy out her 2020 Rogue and gather information on both. We were greeted by John Hartley, sales consultant, and he brought us into his office. We asked questions and he asked questions. He suggested that my mom drive the new 2022 Rogue Sport and Rogue SL. That made mom’s mind up. She felt so comfortable in her 2020 that with John’s help and guidance we purchased her lease! Mom is 87 and John made the transition very easy and he has followed up with phone calls to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Kudos to John Hartley!!!
