Pride in service and professionalism I am a lifelong Nissan owner. This past week I had my Altima serviced and the consultant was Rommel Lujan. He reviewed the status of my vehicle, the service it needed, and the cost. In addition to providing me with exemplary service, a realistic estimate of the time needed for the service, he was congenial and knowledgeable. I was so satisfied with his interpersonal interaction I sent a family member in today to have service with Mr. Rommel as the service consultant. In addition, while waiting for my vehicle to be completed I saw Terry Hawkins walk through. As is typical for Terry he stopped to make certain my vehicle was ok and asked about my family. It is truly a caring family culture. More

Great and friendly experience! My lease was coming to an end on my 2015 Rogue SV and Peter Casteblanco had phoned me and offered to help me get into a new 2018 Rogue lease. I wanted the exact same vehicle and he made sure I did get it. My new 2018 Rogue SV had new items and Peter explained everything on the car to me on on they work. Customer service We all know that buying a car can be more painful that having your molars extracted so I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of their employee We all know that buying a car can be more painful that having your molars extracted so I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of their employee Bridger Hammond! I called Mr Hammond and told him that I needed a car for my son and that I didn't have time for any car sales nonsense. I told him that I was in NY and was counting on him to be honest and straightforward. He showed my son a few different cars, took him on test drives and gave extremely fair pricing. My son was very happy with Bridger but also wanted to test drive a Hyundai. Although a sister company, Bridger would lose the sale if my son opted for the Hyundai. Despite this, Bridger took him over to Crown Hyundai, set him up with a salesman and then called their car manager to sharpen their pencil. I was impressed that despite the chance he would lose the sale he went above and beyond to make us happy! For this I wanted to thank him! More
