I searched for an Suv over 12 dealerships and many salespeople. I finished searching at Crown with Wade Werner. He listened to me rather than concentrate on selling. After we arrived at the right car he brought my aggressive price offer to his manager and sold him on it. I'm now a happy owner of a new Rogue Sport. Wade was intent on getting me in the right car. Exceptional experience at the Crown Nissan Dealership in St. Petersburg, Florida. My first ever Lease turn in of my 2017 Rogue Sport. My Son and Daughter wanted to purchase the vehicle, knowing how I maint St. Petersburg, Florida. My first ever Lease turn in of my 2017 Rogue Sport. My Son and Daughter wanted to purchase the vehicle, knowing how I maintained it and, being well under the lease millage limits. I called around to different Nissan Dealerships and received all sorts of add on dollar amounts if I wanted to purchase the car that I have been driving for three years. Additional Dealer fees, additional service safety inspections, and addition amounts for tittle and tag. We contacted Wade Werner and he made the entire experience simple and painless. No added fees, every question was either anticipated or answered fully. All dollars were listed and emailed so we know exactly how much we were paying for the vehicle. Wade had all the preliminary paperwork completed and ready when we arrived at the dealership. Super simple. The Finance manager Mr. Paul Salonick, had us taken care of in record time with all signatures and paperwork filled out. The dealership even had a new Florida registration & tag ready to put on the vehicle prior to our drive home. No hassle with the Tax collector’s office, all handled then and there. We can’t say enough about the professionalism displayed by both these employees. Mr. Wade Werner and Mr. Paul Salonick took Customer Service to a new level.
