After not feeling good about what I was experiencing, I drive down to Crown Nissan and met Wade Werner. I recognized immediately that I was dealing with someone with much more integrity than I had days before. That told me everything I needed to know about his leadership team. He gave me honest answers. He put me in touch with his sales manager, Kyle Lamont. Kyle worked his tail off FOR ME. He made me feel as though he would rather lose a limb than disappoint me. This is what buying a vehicle should be like! Wade took time to answer my questions and SHOW me the facts. He was focused on my needs and not the need to just sell a vehicle. In fact, I was about to spend an extra 13K on a different vehicle and he made it a point to make sure I wasn’t going to regret it later. I decided to take his advice and made a better decision because of it. Kyle did an amazing job at finding the best financing options for me.
