Wade Werner was excellent. I reached out to him about my current lease and what kind of deal I could get on another. He asked for all the specifics, and went to work. I was working from home on this day and current lease and what kind of deal I could get on another. He asked for all the specifics, and went to work. I was working from home on this day and we communicated via email a few times before we came to an agreement. At the end of my work day I drove up to St. Pete from Sarasota, signed the papers, he highlighted on all of the updates this car has that my old one did not and was able to drive home in my new Nissan Rogue SL. Thank you, Wade for making this a very seamless process and I will always recommend Crown Nissan to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle as this is my second great experience with this dealership. i decided the other day i needed a new car. A friend put me in contact with Wade Werner. i contacted Wade from my home in Naples Fl. We spoke by phone and Email. It was great cause i was able to work and s me in contact with Wade Werner. i contacted Wade from my home in Naples Fl. We spoke by phone and Email. It was great cause i was able to work and shop for a car all at once, even went home and took a nap. When i picked the car i wanted, Wade got me all the information. i then slept on it over night and the next day decided i like what i heard , drove up to St Pete meet Wade in person he was a kind and courteous in person as he was over the phone and email. He answered all my 1001 questions. Every one at Crown Nissan was great to work with. the entire buying process from beginning to end they made it easy. i am in love with my car. Serge was fantastic. This will be the second vehicle that our family has leased from the Nissan of St. Petersburg because of Serge's customer service.
