Rob Zoffer Is a friendly, honest, and helpful service advisor! He has been my service advisor with my 2010 Nissan Versa, and now with my 2020 Nissan Kicks! Was relieved he was still at Crown since purcha advisor! He has been my service advisor with my 2010 Nissan Versa, and now with my 2020 Nissan Kicks! Was relieved he was still at Crown since purchasing my Kicks last December and not needing his help until my first maintenance appointment until it's 5000 mile check! I was going to purchase a New Titan but with Crown but after sitting in the dealership for several hours and them telling me they I was next one to go into the finance managers office to finish signing th after sitting in the dealership for several hours and them telling me they I was next one to go into the finance managers office to finish signing the papers . They Finally came out and told me that they had to wait to monday to finalize the deal, We placed our hitch on the truck while we were wating thinking we are driving it home since we were 4 hours away from the dealer. When I got a phone call from another dealership closer telling me they had a new titan with more options and lower interest rate I did not want to wiat on the Crown dealership . So I bought the other truck , I asked if they could please send me hitch back to us , they agreed and to this day < i mailed the keys to them and they have yet to honor their word in sending the hitch back . They continue to lie to us concerning that and the general manager do not honor or follow up to make sure the hitch was mailed . When i asked for the tracking number they said they did not have one . This is the worst Dealership I have ever been to and I have been buying vehicles for 40yrs for my business . Buyer beware Consumer alert ! More

Once again crown nissan went above and beyond to make sure I received the spray in bedliner for my new 2022 nissan frontier. I met this lady by the name of Angie. I walked in to the customer service si sure I received the spray in bedliner for my new 2022 nissan frontier. I met this lady by the name of Angie. I walked in to the customer service side and as soon as Angie saw me she was very friendly. Treated me with full respect and made sure I felt comfortable while waiting for my truck. Hopefully I can see more of her when I bring my truck in for service in the future. Angie is truly an asset to the company. More
