Lesile was very nice and understood my situation. Mayra Mendez-Flores was my service rep when I brought in my 2020 Altima for an express oil change service. She made me aware of the status re: time as there where other cars ahead of me. I was in and out my 2020 Altima for an express oil change service. She made me aware of the status re: time as there where other cars ahead of me. I was in and out faster than I imagined; not only was the oil changed but there was a complete checkup and filling of fluids. Best of all was the car wash and interior cleaning which is complimentary. Crown has proven itself to be the best dealership to work with in my 23 years of driving Altimas! More
