Christine Smith is awesome. She arranged for my car to be picked up from my home for an oil change and tire rotation. Stayed in contact with me through the whole process, let me know all that was done an be picked up from my home for an oil change and tire rotation. I have been a Nissan customer for many years and had delt with Crown in the past but had stopped going there due to a bad exper nice and friendly !!!
