Jiovani was great to work with. He responded to an inquiry I made online without the canned responses I received from so many other dealerships. Most dealerships responded to my email with a cut and inquiry I made online without the canned responses I received from so many other dealerships. Most dealerships responded to my email with a cut and paste approach that did not answer my questions at all. Jiovani instead took the time to address each of my questions thoroughly. He was very professional, friendly and informed when we went into the dealership to look at the car I was considering. At this time undecided between 2 other cars, but if my selection was in Jiovani's hands I would have preferred to work with him from all the salespeople I met or interacted with in the Pinellas area.
