They made it happen seamlessly w the edoc signatures and Paul worked magic on end of the year financing. John Hartley himself once even drove out to jump a vehicle with a dead battery. He didn’t have to do that. He was our salesman. Crown Nissan service center has been easy to work with as well. We drove to see family and they honored our service plan even though I had just exceeded the recommended mileage for oil change. It’s always super easy. Drive up. Park. In and out.
