ohn and Dan are phenomenal team members of Crown. John greeted me with a smile and explained the process when I arrived. Dan was my technician and he was amazing! I was quoted $1500 from a local shop for greeted me with a smile and explained the process when I arrived. Dan was my technician and he was amazing! I was quoted $1500 from a local shop for repairs and really wanted a second opinion. It took Dan less than a day to access the problem and fix it! He ended up saving me thousands of dollars with a simple fix because simply, he cares and it shows. Thank you Dan, John and the Crown team. I will be bringing my vehicle back for service again for sure! More
