John Riddlebarger was my service advisor and he provided me with excellent service. I thought I had a leak in my rear window washer system but after a quick diagnosis and visual inspection it was determined me with excellent service. Before any work he advised me of a potential diagnostic charge and after all the checks he handed me back my car at no cost. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Rob helped us out big time after our car was having problems while on vacation. Got us in the same day and had it repaired by the end of the day. We were 1000 miles from home and did not feel like we w problems while on vacation. Got us in the same day and had it repaired by the end of the day.
