I have been a Crown customer since 1997 when I purchased a new Mitsubishi. My 14 year old car finally gave up and it was time for a new car. They both were attentive, patient, and made our new car buying experience a perfect one. I would highly recommend both of them and Crown to anyone. More

My wife had gone on the computer and found two different used trucks to look at that Crown had on there site, so we went down to look at them. We showed him the two trucks we wanted to see and he informed us that one of them had already been sold so he said that he would bring up the other one for us to take a look at. Rich was very knowledgable about the truck we wanted to see and answered all of our questions. I had a truck that had a blown engine and they gave me a reasonable amout for it towards the truck I test drove, they worked with me on the price to help me get into my budget range. I really recommend Crown Nissan of St. Petersburg, FL to anyone looking at a new or used vehicle. Rich was great to work with. Michael More

I have been taking my Altima to Crown Service since I purchased it at Crown Nissan and have always had a great experience. I always make my appointments for Saturday as I work late hours. Christine (and everyone else) has always been very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She makes my experience a good one. I use Crown for all of my oil changes and all other services on my Altima and it has been running very well because they take such good care of it. They always do what needs to be done without telling me I need services that are not necessary and I know I can trust them. My mother also uses Crown Nissan Service for her Sentra ever since she purchased it many years ago and it runs very well because of the service she gets at Crown. Rich came and greeted us the moment we got out of the car. He did everything within his power to get me into the car that I wanted. What's really funny is that my dad and I went to other dealerships to car. He did everything within his power to get me into the car that I wanted. The next morning I contacted Rich and told him I saw a car on the internet, not only did he go to the other crown dealership to get the car, but he made sure that the deal was within the budget. He is very professional, knowledgable, and was absolutely awesome during the entire buying experience!!! Further, the dealership was very accommodating in determining the value of my trade-in, and I was very pleased with the result. Finally, the man who was responsible for the accounting aspect of my transaction was also very efficient and informative. Overall I had a great experience. The staff at Crown Nissan are friendly, informative, able, and personable. They even stayed after hours until almost an hour after closing to complete my purchase thoroughly. More
