I visited this dealership twice. The first time, I test drove a vehicle, wasn't crazy about it, and the overall price was just over what I could do. Will is so matter of fact and doesn't play the games many of the dealers I've worked with in the past play. It was nice to work with him, and I knew he was doing everything he could to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I was concerned about the warranty, so he made several phone calls to verify that coverage. I wanted to buy a car from Crown Nissan since they are close to home and my last vehicle was purchased from Crown a few years ago. Through this process, he seemed very standoffish about getting the car I was looking for. I told him that I would come down and fill out the financing paperwork to ensure the loan could happen in order to make sure we were not wasting time. I called for an appointment since I had the day off, but never received a call back from the dealer. I attempted calling him back several times, with no response, which shouldn't happen when purchasing a vehicle. I independently found the vehicle I was looking for that afternoon and purchased it before the close of the day. More
