This is my THIRD purchase at Crown Nissan. I don't consider myself a fan of any specific brand, yet I found myself buying cars for my entire family at Crown Nissan. Mr. Kirk Miller listened and got me a stunning white Nissan Maxima. Then Mr. Rob Wilson provided me with all the information necessary to structure the deal, save $$$ money and protect my vehicle. Last but not least the service staff kept my car in peak condition always keeping my car feeling like new. Thanks to all those actions my car retained its value and I was able to trade it for a new car at a great price. Needless to say when people treat you like family for an extended period of time you learn to trust them and with that trust comes repeated business. Now my parents, friends and neighbors are Crown Nissan customers. They see quality not only in the products they sell but more importantly they recognize the value of a great team. I visited Crown Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. Robert was very friendly and helpful. While my car was there they also took care of a recall issue. The whole process was smooth and efficient, Dave has a real knack for listening to what people want in a car and helping them find it. Their finance manager, Rob Wilson helped me find the right lender for me, getting me a low interest rate and payments where I wanted them to be. I even made it out of there and was on time for work. I highly recommend this dealership. More
