One of the best experiences car shopping I’ve ever had! I keep my cars for long periods of time because I dread car shopping, previous experiences have had me walking out of dealerships feeling frustrated I keep my cars for long periods of time because I dread car shopping, previous experiences have had me walking out of dealerships feeling frustrated and incredibly unhappy. Cathy Voogd changed my mindset on the whole car shopping experience. Cathy is incredible, she’s doesn’t waste your time, she doesn’t haggle, she truly is there for you as the consumer. Normally, I walk in knowing exactly what I want down to the color and features, this time I went to Crown Nissan on a whim, after walking out of another dealership feeling disheartened. Cathy asked me what I wanted and I told her what I didn’t want. She understood the assignment, she didn’t play any games. She didn’t rush me even though it was near closing time and she was honest with me. I absolutely adore Cathy and have already recommended her to my friends. Dexter, who appraised my trade was kind and incredibly fair and John, the finance manager felt like a kind uncle by the time I walked out (way past normal closing time, which I need to note that no one rushed me to get out and come back the next day to finish the deal). From walk in to walk out with a trade-in and a new vehicle, was about 3 - hours… no hassle, no stress. Cathy went above and beyond, she even washed my license plate off when she transferred my tag… who does that?! 10/10 will and already have recommended Crown Nissan and Cathy Voogd More
