All week I had been treated badly because I was on a budget price wise but Andy took charge and played with his numbers til he found a prefect match for me 2009 nissan versa 49 thousand miles... I purchased August 1, 2013 yesterday. He did not mind it was a small sale he took it with as much care as any other deal and it was an awesome experience so thank you Andy you deserve a bonos!!! you made my day and a soon to be birthday great....!!!! Thanks!! Ted the manager also was very nice too him and Andy together beat my credit union rates 3.95 to 3.54 135 a month Thank you guy!!! More

My partner and I recently attempted to purchase a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Crown Nissan. We had the worst experience possible from Glenn Jones. He was extremely rude, and even said "The reason you can't get Nissan Rogue from Crown Nissan. We had the worst experience possible from Glenn Jones. He was extremely rude, and even said "The reason you can't get it is due to your Credit Score." this was announced across the sales floor in front of everyone. Keep in mind the night before we had just purchased the same vehicle from AutoNation Nissan (for myself) with no problem. Our credit score is above average. Oddly enough my coworker was in the dealership on the same night...She had the exact same issue with Mr. Glenn Jones. In front of her elderly mother and the entire sales floor informed her that her credit was the issue. I find this hard to believe. She walked out and the very next day had the vehicle at a better price, and less hassle from AutoNation Nissan. To me the issue isn't the credit score of those applying, but the lack of skill on Mr. Glenn's part. Obviously financing a new vehicle takes some work (especially in today's economy), but the lack of cooth from Glenn was just unaccecptable. I will personally be contacting his regonal manager to file my complaint. I am more than satisified with AutoNation Nissan, and their ability to service their customers. If you're thinking about shopping Crown Nissan....think again! More

I felt that i was robbed. I came to the dealership in need and I think they gained off my personal situation. My daughters was going thru Chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant and i came to the Deale need and I think they gained off my personal situation. My daughters was going thru Chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant and i came to the Dealer with $5000 for a Down payment. They showed me a 2008 Nissan Sentra that somebody just traded in the day before and told me to come tomorrow and they would have it cleaned up! We tried talking about other cars and the sales person insisted that "because of my credit" that would be one of two choices for me. I found out by another dealer today it that was a lie. I really should have asked a lot more questions but because of the necessity of having the vehicle and trusting the sales person "Because he knew of both of my daughters Chemo and Bone marrow situation" I thought It would be at a reasonable price. Considering the the car had 42,000 miles and was dirty when we first saw it. Well a year and a half later i still owe $9600 on the car. Doing the math they sold me the car for $19,400 dollars. for that price right now i could have bought a brand new 2014 model. I'm sorry if it seems that I'm bashing on Crowns Nissan. The owners maybe don't know everything their employees may be doing because they only look at the numbers. That sales person maybe got "Employee of the Month" with this sale but I would Never, Never recommend this dealership to any person because I feel that I got rushed to buy an overpriced vehicle. Honesty should be #1 for any Sales person. More
