2104 Altima 3.5SL CVT Transmision Shuddering/Jerking Purchase 2014 Altima SL 3.5 for my wife on November 5th 2013. Since January we have been having CVT transmission problems. Service Manager even admitt Purchase 2014 Altima SL 3.5 for my wife on November 5th 2013. Since January we have been having CVT transmission problems. Service Manager even admitted that they did not know why the transmission was shuddering jerking at various speed. They have serviced the car 4 time and replaced the transmission twice. We have lost all confidence in the car reliability and safety. I talked with Manager and Dave Anderson all they wanted to do is minimized the problem as its not a big deal. I paid over 30,000.00 for a new car and I do and will be treated as if this a small problem.. DONT BUY a car from these guys. Cause after the sale your just another un happy customer that they think is going to just go away. I assure you I and not going to stand by and let them brush this under the table. A Great Dealer with Great Employees Scott Venema was awesome, he spent over 4 hours with us showing us used cars, new cars, he even got a car from a nearby other dealer for us to try. H Scott Venema was awesome, he spent over 4 hours with us showing us used cars, new cars, he even got a car from a nearby other dealer for us to try. He was patient and very understanding and made every effort to get us the right car for us. The part I always hate is going to the Finance department, but Tom Quillen made it enjoyable, no pressure and a real nice guy.Also Kudos to Terry Hawkins the GM, he is who greeted me and made me feel like part of their family. Thanks again to the Crown Folks for a truly easy and fun buying experience. More

Our buying experience at Crown Nissan was a great one. The staff was incredibly friendly and listened to our wants and needs and worked with us within the confines of what we were looking for. Despite it being our first visit to this dealership, we were treated extremely well. There was no pushiness, no bait and switch, no sales pressure from anyone and each guy that worked with us through the buying phase - Dave Ski, Scott Venema and Jovo, were very professional, polite and went out of their way to keep us informed each step of the way as we worked with the banks, lenders and all the other people involved in the car buying process. Whatever questions or concerns we had - they were met with honest, clear and concise answers and each person we worked with made us feel incredible comfortable being there. I cannot overstate this enough - these guys were awesome to work with and they have secured our car buying loyalty for years to come. Honest handshakes - direct eye contact and they all listed intently to what we had to say. They all made us feel like the most important customer to come through their door. Great experience. More
