BEAST MODE "ON" I would like to begin by saying that I have been in the market for a new car for nearly a year. Due to my credit score and lack of down payment, I ha I would like to begin by saying that I have been in the market for a new car for nearly a year. Due to my credit score and lack of down payment, I had been turned down by every dealer that I had visited. "guaranteed" finance....yeah right! That is until I called Crown Nissan and spoke to Jim Gates. I explained my situation, which was I had finally been approved at a "buy here pay here" place, only they had a company by the name of Barnett Finance had picked me up on a 2006 Nissan Altima. They were going to take my trade as a deposit, but the interest rate was around 19%. OUCH!!! So, the morning I was to go sign papers on the Altima, I called Jim and he said he thought they could help and asked me to come in. Jim took my information and he and Ted Parks began working the deal. It took nearly 3 hours, but the finally were able to get an approval, just a little out of my "monthly payment comfort zone", but I would manage! GREAT!! I ended up getting into a 2007 Pontiac G6, 3900 V6. convertible hard top! You can imagine my excitement!! The car came, purchase as is, with the exception of the manufacturer 100,000 mile drive trane warranty. So, I had the car checked out at my mechanic and we were off to the races. Well, about 2 days later, the car wouldn't start. Within 2 weeks I had 2 of the four tires go bad, at seperate times, but within a couple of days of one another. Then, about 4 weeks later, my AC compressor went out!! NO AC!! The long and short of it is, Ted Parks was extremely calm, cool and collected. He got me in right away and replaced the starter with a new one. I had to go out of pocket to purchase the two tires, but Ted had me reimbursed within a week and the AC he had them replace my AC wtih a new compressor, dryer and orphus tube~! All at no cost to me!! This is a vehicle that came with no warranty at all, but Ted did the RIGHT THING without any need to go for outside help!!! I would highly recommend Crown Nissan to anyone looking for a great dealership made up of great people doing the RIGHT thing for it's customers!! Thanks Ted and Jim! More

Great service by Crown and Chuck Went for an oil change and Chuck recommended tire rotation. I knew I needed to and he had a coupon for it to save me some money. Nissan Service Had an appointment to get our 2005 Pathfinder serviced, and had talked to Christine Smith about what was needed prior to making an appointment. Last t Had an appointment to get our 2005 Pathfinder serviced, and had talked to Christine Smith about what was needed prior to making an appointment. Last time serviced, I was told it would need tires soon--not because of too much wear, but age and cracking found in between treads. The vehicle is 9 years old with only 34,000 miles and change and the tires were the original tires. I was able to get a great deal on tires and had a coupon for Free 4 wheel alignment with purchase of 4 tires. So that was a blessing. Got a Premium oil change as needed and they even washed and vacuumed the vehicle. That is great customer service. And Christine was wonderful in working with me for a good deal on all. I know the dealer has to make a profit or they would not be in buissiness--but to work with customers to get a good deal and still make a proffit--we all are pleased. I have been using Crown Nissan in St. Pete for many years with many different vehicles. Thanks More
