Awesome Service Experience I brought my Nissan Altima into Crown Nissan after work around 4p,m. as a new customer. People warmed me that dealerships could be more expensive and I brought my Nissan Altima into Crown Nissan after work around 4p,m. as a new customer. People warmed me that dealerships could be more expensive and pushy than my usual garage. They were quickly proven wrong when I was greeted by Justin Laurence! He listened to all of the issues I was having with my Altima Made a list of all my requests in his computer, He gave me a rental car! Even though my Nissan is not a new model. (something my garage would never do) The next day I received a call from Justin with the explaining to me the work my vehicle needed and it was a fraction of the cost of what I was expecting!!! I was so excited because money is tight right now. The next day Justin called me and said the work is all set and I can come in to return my loaner and pick up my car. I will be a customer of Crown Nissan for life now, I would Highly recommend Justin Laurence he explained everything to me so I could understand because I m not too mechanically inclined and was very polite and accurate.
