John Hartly, who sold us our car, was also helpful, reminding me of our warranty. And Phil, the mechanic who worked on our car. He was very thorough and gave us the confidence to take a 15-hour drive knowing the car was ready. Each of these people is exceptional. I bought my first car in 1969. I've never had such great service and support. I bought my current car from John and will continue to use the Nissan Crown dealership for all my future auto service needs, and certainly plan on buying future cars at this dealership. Whoever hired and trained these people also deserves recognition. That person made good selection choices. More
