I was very pleased with my first-time service experience at Crown Nissan. I'd made an online appointment and Tim Marshick met me right when I pulled up. Tim did an excellent job of listening to what I neede at Crown Nissan. I'd made an online appointment and Tim Marshick met me right when I pulled up. Tim did an excellent job of listening to what I needed done, made good suggestions for other service items, and set accurate expectations for the jobs to be done, when they would be finished and when I'd see him again. He didn't disappear. Tim kept me informed through the entire process. Net/net - I was very glad to have found Crown Nissan and will certainly be back. More
