My vehicle was quickly diagnosed, fixed and ready on the date promised. When I picked up my vehicle the price was significantly lower than quoted price due to Nissan Customer Care, military discount and parts price match by the management staff. I worked with Nikki Corn on this visit who was worked with me on all of my request. I have also worked with James Whiteside in the past who has always been a straight shooter with me. At first we didn't think we found a vehicle there we liked, so we left. But hours later we discovered one we missed and called him back. Sure enough, that was the one we bought. It's a car dealership, so yeah, there's a little bit of effort to try to up-sell you things you don't need, but all retailers, whether they are selling cars or colas, do the same thing. Just say "No thanks" and you'll be fine. And don't be afraid to walk away if you really think you structured a good deal. They'll either come back and accept it, or will honestly tell you they can't do it. In the end, we were very happy and so were they, which is how it should be. More
