At first we didn't think we found a vehicle there we liked, so we left. But hours later we discovered one we missed and called him back. Sure enough, that was the one we bought. It's a car dealership, so yeah, there's a little bit of effort to try to up-sell you things you don't need, but all retailers, whether they are selling cars or colas, do the same thing. Just say "No thanks" and you'll be fine. And don't be afraid to walk away if you really think you structured a good deal. They'll either come back and accept it, or will honestly tell you they can't do it. In the end, we were very happy and so were they, which is how it should be. More
