2nd time shame on them and me This is my 2nd time going to crown Nissan for the same problem and still nothing fixed or done about it so now my car runs worser than it did before 1 This is my 2nd time going to crown Nissan for the same problem and still nothing fixed or done about it so now my car runs worser than it did before 1st off I was led to believe I was gonna get a free gift for Christmas and come to find out their out so I feel like they just wanted you to spend money so now my Christmas is messed up and my Christmas spirit is gone. On the website you can tell them what's wrong with your car and I've told them twice about my transmission and a noise coming from my hood when I drive but totally ignored that and told me about the recommendations for my car so ways to spend money but not even looking for the customer problems your loosing me as a customer because I was dealing with a white guy then got brushed off on a blk guy you guys arent organized and my car is worse I guess there's an upside since last time I waited 4 hours jus to get an oil change and this time I was out by 10 something my email is daballkid@gmail.com I'm very unhappy More

Leon is your guy! We came into the dealership to simply look, as we were not planning on purchasing for about 6 months or so because we were in the process of moving. We came into the dealership to simply look, as we were not planning on purchasing for about 6 months or so because we were in the process of moving. Leon met us out at the vehicle, we explained our timeline, and he helped answer our questions, never once making us feel pressured to buy, but instead was very understanding of our timeline. In light of the service we received from Leon, after leaving the dealership and speaking more, we decided to call back to talk about buying that day. Because of being in the middle of moving, Leon was extremely responsive, did everything over the phone so we could continue packing, and made sure we were in and out of the dealership with our new vehicle as soon as possible. Both my S.O. and I have been in and out of dealerships many many times, and it is rare to find a salesman as respectable, genuine, and professional as Leon. Thanks for making this a great experience! More

My wife is recovering Bone Marrow Transplant cancer patient. We are both retired and finances are rough right now. However, Himanshu and his manager along with the Finance team made us feel relaxed, welcomed and worked very hard to help us find the right car for our situation. They all were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all listened to our needs. They knew how to get to the details on how to make our deal work based on our needs and to that, they were very successful. We would gladly advise anyone to give them a try. Bringing my car in for repair is an inconvenience, but the people at Crown Nissan made it a pleasant experience and I feel good about bringing my car to them in the future. I would like to also mention Tony Mastrolillo, who was the first person I spoke with when I dropped off my car and who coordinated the process for me. He was professional and courteous and I felt well taken care of. I got his card so I could request him in the future. More
