My family and I had the most mortifyingly unpleasant experience at this dealership yesterday. Over the course of two days, we were there looking at our options and trying to get clarity on what we could experience at this dealership yesterday. Over the course of two days, we were there looking at our options and trying to get clarity on what we could potentially walk away with with all things considered. The first day went smoothly, but day two was one for the books. When Hugh, our primary sales person, could not get us to agree to the terms, he then brings along “Robert” as the second closer who would absolutely NOT take our "no" for an answer, and began good old-fashioned strong arm sales tactics. When my dad explained that their numbers weren’t going to work for us at this time, Robert became very combative and started asking us intrusive questions as to why we wouldn’t agree to their terms. He tried to pull additional information out of us that wasn't his business by any stretch of the imagination, and it became quite clear that his sole ambition was not to actually help us, but to try to close the sale by any means necessary. If it wasn’t bad enough that he was condescendingly explaining the numbers to my dad as if he was 5 years old (because evidently that’s how he viewed my dad), we felt like we were being held hostage until we gave him an explanation for our personal financial decisions! Let’s be very clear: we DO NOT owe him, or any other employee at Nissan, an explanation for not driving off the lot in their proposed vehicle, approval or no approval. My dad is the most even-tempered person on this planet, and for him to be driven to the point where he demanded to speak with the general manager shows that there is something seriously wrong with how business is being conducted at this dealership. Sometimes “no” means just that, and we should have felt free to leave without his aggressive and pushy questioning. We’re not stupid; we know that you guys have a job to do which is to overcome any objections in an effort to drive the sale to a close. Well there is a right way to do this, and a completely wrong way, and Robert missed the mark entirely. To make matters worse, we later learned that he is a NEW EMPLOYEE! He is a very poor addition to your team, because our outlook on this dealership changed drastically from day 1 to our encounter with him on day 2. Is this seriously how he conducts himself after this short of a tenure at this dealership? Even had he succeeded at pushing us to accept the terms, we still would not have felt like valued customers and that the sale was a true and honest close. I want to clarify that this issue has nothing to do with the numbers not working for us at this time, but everything to do with HOW WE WERE TREATED as a result. We demand an apology immediately, and we will be letting everyone know to never do business with this dealership. (This is a side note, but our primary sales person Hugh, while a nice guy, was very socially awkward. My dad, the potential customer, had to drive a large majority of the conversations while we were there. The test drives, for example, were mostly dead silent. No important or interesting facts about the vehicle (without us having to ask), no engaging conversation with us to better understand us and our needs as the potential buyer, etc. I’m not sure if he’s generally a shy person, but it was a bit uncomfortable at times. Even after the confrontation with Robert, Hugh remained awkward, didn’t say much, and didn’t even offer an apology for his colleague’s conduct. Maybe training could be in order for him, too.) More

Just purchased the 2021 Rogue SL and couldn't be happier with the service and deal that I received at Crown Nissan! Brian Spain was outstanding throughout the process... working with me close to and after with the service and deal that I received at Crown Nissan! Brian Spain was outstanding throughout the process... working with me close to and after closing time to accommodate my schedule, answering all of my questions and getting the exact car I wanted from a different store very quickly. If you are in the market for a car, I'd highly recommend a visit to Crown Nissan and talking to Brian. More
I went into this dealer ship on 1-12-21 and Hugh Brown was my sales rep when i spoke with him on our first encounter i explained to him that i had already have been pre-approved by my bank. He then said t was my sales rep when i spoke with him on our first encounter i explained to him that i had already have been pre-approved by my bank. He then said to me that this was a bank that they dealt with also. We test drove the car and i like it, but as we got down to the paper work he did not ask me for my permission to pull my credit report and why would i want him to if i was already approved by my bank. I explain to him that's who i would be using. He then had my credit repot pulled without asking me in so many words. This was very upsetting for me any dealership i have every worked with has always asked if it was ok to pull my credit report. I basically left there filling like because i was a woman that he got over on me. I no longer want to shop here. Worst experience car shopping ever. More
Worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2013 Worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram in March 7th 2020. I also purchased a warranty on the vehicle at that time. I notice Worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram in March 7th 2020. I also purchased a warranty on the vehicle at that time. I noticed a ticking in the truck shortly after. Took the truck back in they told me that all rams do this until the oil gets to everything. I said ok. Went on my way . Talked to the guys at work who also drive a Dodge Ram. So I took the truck back. This time I was told. We are a Nissian Dealership. We specialize in Nissian. You need to take it to a Dodge Dealership. Well first of all I told him they should stand behind what they sale. So I left made an appointment with the dodge dealership in Clinton. They proceeded to tell me it was the manifold cover and it had a broken bolt. But they did not work on extended warranty plans. I had to take it back to where I bought it. So I took it back to Crown Nissian and they waited to hear it tick . I guess. Well then they proceeded to tell me they would replace the manifold cover and bolts. So I spend $400 out of pocket no telling what ally had to pay.they call me my truck is ready. Guess what it still ticks. Then the service associate Jim goes I didn’t know anything about a tick. It has only been there 3 times for this . Then y’all do work who knows if it needed it. Since y’all are a Nissian dealer that’s you specialize in. I have gotten the run around with you guys since I bought this truck. Then you have a mechanic come out and tell me the truck is disposable and that the ticking is down in the engine. And as far as they all do it. That’s BS, I traded a 2006 Dodge Ram with almost 200,000 miles on it. It didn’t tick. I will get this fixed one way are the other and I will make sure everyone knows how sorry you all stand behind what you sell More

Terrible purchase experience / costumer service just bought an used 2019 car at Crown Nissan. I didn't even tried to negotiate the price of the car or the value they gave me for my Trade in. (I disl just bought an used 2019 car at Crown Nissan. I didn't even tried to negotiate the price of the car or the value they gave me for my Trade in. (I dislike this process). SO I just went with what they asked for. After we completed the sale process and all the paperwork was sign they handed me the car key. I asked them for the spare key (as I assumed a 2019 car would come with it) and they said they didnt have a spare key but they could charge me extra for one. So, if you are buying a car at this dealership just make sure you know and have everything you need before you finalize the purchase. They do not care one bit about the customers once those papers are signed. (I drove all the way from Charlotte to this place) I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know More
Terrible once you purchase car! Unfortunately, a 1 star. That's being nice! I ended a lease early and bought a new car with them. a week after ending my lease (a little over $900 Unfortunately, a 1 star. That's being nice! I ended a lease early and bought a new car with them. a week after ending my lease (a little over $900 still owed on the lease) I began receiving phone calls and bills in the Nissan for the remainder of the lease payment which was to be paid off by the Crown dealership as well as overage miles, tires, etc. I reached out to 3 people at Crown Nissan, they assured me it was all taken care of. Now 3 weeks later I have received 2 more bills by mail and a phone call saying it was going to be turned over to collections if not paid immediately. This payment was the dealership's responsibility, not mine. I then sent copies of the last bill stamped as being mailed out Aug 16, 2019. Update 2 months later still nothing was done except it is on my credit as unpaid and now turned over to Collections Services. Out of 20 cars I have purchased I've never had anything like this done to me. No one there will help, even though it's their fault!! More
