Because we had called ahead, Frank was ready for us the moment we walked in the door. Mr. Boyd Martin was super at explaining everything to me and my wife when we bought our Nissan Pathfinder. I normally don't write reviews but this guy was great. He was not pushy about anything. We compared it to the Ford Explorer, Chevy Traverse, and GMC Acadia and i gotta say there is no comparison when it comes to Quality, Price, and Comfort. It is super fun to drive and if you have kids it is the ideal vehicle with the third row seat. They love it. We are very happy with this veicle and we will be back to this dealership in the future. I visited Crown Nissan knowing that my credit was lacking to say the least. At my surprise Donna Phillips, Business Manager, was able to secure financing for me. All of these gentlemen knew my situation and never made me feel like I was a hopeless case. As a mater of fact they spent a tremendous amount of time with me and made me feel very welcomed; and not like the "Yeah we're gonna sale a car no matter what". Never pushy, not what you expect form a "Car Salesman". I had several visits to the Dealership and each one was good. As a matter of fact my daughter went to one of the visits with me and after I had walked around, spoke to those I had met, she said to me "Mom....do you know everybody here?" I highly recommend this Dealership. I will purchase my next vehicle from Crown Nissan. More
