They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and overall the sale process moved fairly quickly. However, I had multiple other issues during and after the process. I was given incorrect information about the fol sale process moved fairly quickly. However, I had multiple other issues during and after the process. I was given incorrect information about the following: service bulletin repairs completion status, issues working with my credit union which caused a higher interest rate, and a promise to detail the vehicle before pickup (there was old peanut butter in rear cupholders & a vape pen was left in the cargo area). There was also damage to the side mirror that I did not notice until I took the vehicle home, so I am not sure if it was there during my test drive. More
