I know I am not an easy client, however, Ken is always patient and I always feel like he has my and our family's best interest at all times. That is very rare to find. He scheduled the repair immediately and let me know the approximate cost as well as the time required for the work. Thanks to his efforts and careful attention, including the ordering of a replacement part right away, I got my car back in two days rather than the three Bryan mentioned was possible. Finally, when I came in to pick up my car, I was in and out of the dealership in just a few minutes. So all in all, my experience was great, thanks largely to Bryan. More
