This is what customer service is all about. This man spent several hours at my home with paperwork that needed to be signed by my wife. She is working from home and there are few windows in which she ha spent several hours at my home with paperwork that needed to be signed by my wife. He obviously understands that this isn't the first vehicle we purchased from Crown and certainly not the last. Sales and customer service are hard to find these days and he embodies the best of both. We just bought a 2020 Mercedes GLCe350 Hybrid from Crown Eurocars. I contacted Crown because they are part of the Costco auto purchase program, and talked to Steven Revard about the car we wanted. For bac Eurocars. I contacted Crown because they are part of the Costco auto purchase program, and talked to Steven Revard about the car we wanted. For background, we live in Cincinnati and Crown is in Columbus OH, about 100 miles north of us. Steven was very willing to check all over US East for our car, and found 2 GLC hybrids which had all the accessories that we wanted. We worked with him on the phone, and he arranged for the car to be trucked from Massachusetts to Columbus. The car was in the Crown dealership in 4 days, and we picked it up the day after it arrived. Stephen is very professional and responsive, and took all the time needed both over the phone and at the dealership. He followed up quickly with information etc and kept us informed promptly. It was a pleasure working with him, and the Costco auto purchase made the whole process quick and stress free -- and at a very good price!
