We purchased a new GLE350 and had an issue with a warning light coming on while on a trip. We took the car to Crown and Cory got up and met us, called us by name (after not seeing us since early August) and light coming on while on a trip. The car was washed and had answer for us within a few minutes. We did not have an appointment to get this done as we live two hours away and just happened to be in the area to visit our son. A tremendous experience with a most positive outcome. Great job Cory! More
