My car was in to have the “A” Service and 4 new tires. The service took longer than expected because the tires had to be ordered but I had a loaner car which worked out for me. Normally, I work with Shen, but he wasn't available. Bryan Moser stepped up and handled our non-emergency, but time critical car maintenance needs.
