A call to our home was received reminding us of the appointment we had for service. The female that contacted us was extreamly pleasant and professional. Both my husband and i own E500's. We broug appointment we had for service. The female that contacted us was extreamly pleasant and professional. Both my husband and i own E500's. We brought both our cars in for their regular service. We are always greated by a very friendly older gentleman. He greats us with his clip board very much expecting us. We are never left standing around waiting. Immediately we were introduced to Mr. Dill. He was totally prepared with our paper work. That was for two cars. After a few short minutes we were shown to our loaner car. Mr. Dill was professional, friendly, and efficient. We received a call just as we were told in the time frame given. All work was explained that was done on our cars. We were home before we knew it in two very clean cars. We appreciate Crowne's understanding their customers valuable time. More

The day I bought my car, I had no plans to do it. I really was just looking. However, Matt not only found the the car that was perfect for me, but also made a normally stressful experience, instead a r really was just looking. However, Matt not only found the the car that was perfect for me, but also made a normally stressful experience, instead a rather pleasant one. He did this by not using high pressure sales tactics and really worked to make sure I left happy and of course, with a Mercedes (my first one). Although I can be picky, that never phased Matt. I was also impressed that although he was working with other clients at the same time as me, I never felt that he wasn't giving me his full attention. It really was because of him that I purchased my car. And, I liked him and the dealership so much, I encouraged my husband to go back to Matt just a few months later to buy his own car. So, yes, I highly recommend Matt and Crown Mercedes! More
My first visit to the service department after buying my Mercedes was probably the best car service experience I can remember. And, we've been to quite a few different dealer service departments with cars o Mercedes was probably the best car service experience I can remember. And, we've been to quite a few different dealer service departments with cars over the years. Including Midwestern Auto Group, Byers, and Germain Honda. Making the appointment was easy with a quick call and a follow up email. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an older gentleman who truly seemed to enjoy his job and was very welcoming. He brought me to Todd. Todd went through my list of questions/issues. The small things he went ahead and took care of right there (Command center programming) so I didn't have to wait. The large item of paint touch-up (where they would need the car for the day), we rescheduled on a day more convenient for me. Todd was easy going, did not try to upsell (something M.A.G. seemed to do all the time) and answered any question-even some basic one's for a Mercedes newbie. Because of this first experience, I do plan to keep bringing the car back to the dealer and Todd for service. Even if the cost is a bit more than our local mechanic. Because, once you get spoiled with their service, how could you go anywhere else? More
I would recommend this dealership and Andrew to everyone. They worked hard to make sure I got the exact car that I wanted. I only shopped two Mercedes dealerships and found Crown to be the best. They do not stretch the truth or leave out important items about the car like warranty or service history like other dealerships. Also a special thanks to Dustin and the sales manager for making the financials make sense and work out. Making my first two payments was a nice extra. Finally they were patient and did everything they could to keep my cranky son busy and happy, it makes the car buying process so much easier. More

He is very knowledgeable on their cars & will find out all answers for you & gets back with you quickly to service you. Ken is simply a good guy & a pleasure to work with. This is my 6th Mercedes from Crown & last night I leased the car Ken picked out for me without even driving it ...that's what you call a great trust factor! While we were contemplating the purchase of a particular vehicle, Grady became aware that anot throughout the purchase process of a CPO C300 4Matic. While we were contemplating the purchase of a particular vehicle, Grady became aware that another vehicle of the same model with significantly lower mileage had become available and immediately informed us of its availability. Grady also accommodated our requests to have new MB medallions placed on the hood and wheels (due to minor deterioration of the existing medallions) and to have repaired a minor flaw on the vehcile's interior door handle. Grady was appropriately attentive throughout the process--he was not overbearing nor did he apply pressure to accomplish a sale. All in all a pleasant car buying experience. More
