Surprise - buying a car can be enjoyable! I was not looking forward to shopping for or buying a car. However, I immediately felt less anxiety talking to Ken Stuart. He seemed comfortable to meet me where I was, rather than apply “his approach” to me. I left my initial visit to the dealership feeling I had found a solution to my car buying dilemma and I was a bit shocked it had been so simple. Ken was happy to communicate when and how I wanted – text, email, phone. Again, it was not about his schedule and his preferred method of communication. Instead, he easily fell into what worked best for me. Don’t get me wrong, he wanted to sell a car. He just seemed genuine. No games, not pressure, no drama. All of this, plus he has quite a stash of snacks in his office, in case car buying makes you hungry. More

Because it was a used car, there were a few things that needed to be addressed after the transfer of ownership. Ralph was great with follow through to make sure all of the issues were addressed. Konstantin Chumak was amazing and treated me like I had a suit on. He was thoughtful and helpful, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend asking for him when you visit Crown. Jonathan Purdy in finance was also amazing. He gave me all the information needed about extended warranty, gap insurance, etc. but in no way pressured to add on extras (even though I did add both:) This was the most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had and highly recommend the great folks at Crown!
