Once the car was in route Ken and his team took care of everything from financing to notifying my insurance agent. It’s obvious Ken enjoys providing outstanding service to his customers and is a perfectionist in everything he does for Mercedes. I should also mention that I have never been a Mercedes fan. I have driven a BMW’ for the last 15 years. I am definitely a convert. If you are wary of the car buying process and wait times that the world is currently experiencing, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ken. More

The recall remedy appointment we presented for and were able to schedule on their website by checkbox specifying it they advised they are not scheduling for another 6-8 weeks. The recall advises do not drive the vehicle due to possibility of complete brake failure. We were advised by Crown they do not even know the remedy at this time and we are to drive it home. More
