Fabulous experience once again! I recently purchased my fifth and six cars from Crown Mercedes and as with every other interaction I have had with this dealership over the past 10 ye I recently purchased my fifth and six cars from Crown Mercedes and as with every other interaction I have had with this dealership over the past 10 years, it was a wonderful experience. I would like to specifically call attention to my sales agent, Dustin Holland, who was knowledgeable, professional, patient and a joy to work with. Dustin worked hard to find the right car for my wife as well as the right car for me. I quickly felt that he had my best interests in mind while still selling his brand. Tough marriage to navigate but he did it. Their are a lot of choices in the luxury car market but I consistently find myself coming back to the mercedes brand and in large part it because of the Crown Eurocar experience. More

Just right I have been a customer of Crown Mercedes in Dublin for over 5 years now and I am consistently pleased. It isn't just the immediate attention when I w I have been a customer of Crown Mercedes in Dublin for over 5 years now and I am consistently pleased. It isn't just the immediate attention when I walk in the door, the quick assistance when I have to call, the superb service offered by Dave Kohler or the always go the extra mile I receive from my salesperson Konstantin Chumak. You might think that's why I am loyal and to an extent it is. But really, in this day and age where most things are over before they begin, consistency is what keeps me coming back for more. I am not looking to be bowled over, wowed, delighted or impressed. All this is nice don't get me wrong. But really, I just want things to be effortless. And this is one thing Dublin Mercedes does well. In my humble opinion they have perfected this art. I want a new car. I want them to design me something stunning. I want a text or email when it's ready and I want to fly through payment etc. I do not want to follow up or become confused or be put off or played with or sold to. I know what I like and what I am willing to spend. I do not want endless options but instead partners who listen to my needs and desires and direct me to a few options that will satisfy me. Have I thought about downgrading in terms of financial output? Absolutely. But when i consider for a second that downgrade will cause me to change dealerships, well....like i said: gravity. something always brings me back to them. It doesn't hurt I love their cars. Especially my beautiful polar white exterior with customer red leather interior. Makes me melt. More
