I personally do not typically like "sales" individuals as they can be pushy and frankly, overwhelming. But Don was perfect. He is a gentleman and true to his word. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and service oriented. Don and the team did a great job. I highly recommend Don and Crown Eurocars in Dublin. More

From the moment I first spoke to Gracie Hendrickson on the phone, I could tell this wasn't the case with her. She immediately began working to find the perfect car for me. Once it was found, she spent an entire day with me working out my deal. When we ran out of time for me to learn all of the bells and whistles, she offered to come in on her day off to help me get more aquanited with my car. She even gave it a "once over" cleaning herself to make sure it was extra sparlkly. She truly cares about her customers, and takes special care to make sure they know it. Such a gem. A+! More

Excellent and Amazing Salesman (CJ) The level of service from start to finish was amazing. I was looking for a certified used Mercedes on true cars. A long story short I accidentally cli The level of service from start to finish was amazing. I was looking for a certified used Mercedes on true cars. A long story short I accidentally click new which resulted into Cj(Salesman) calling me first thing the nxt morning. I explained to Cj I wasn't looking to purchase brand new. He told me that wasn't a problem and he would be more than happy to help me find the car I'm looking for. He texted, called and kept me updated with the cars coming in and was currently on the lot. CJ amazed me because he made me feel he was working for me and truly searching for the car I would fall in love with. And not just trying to make a sell. After three week CJ called me and told he had my dream car. I told him I couldn't make it in until Thursday he told me no problem I will be there. Come to find out it was his day off and he came in just for me!! What a great feeling!! When I met Cj for the first time in person it was like I had known him forever. He was so personable and very professional. Very knowledgable about the car and went out his way to make me feel comfortable and not afraid to ask questions. The experience was Totally the best experience I have ever had ever in my life.. Cj was so AMAZING I told my aunt about him and she drove 2 hrs to met him and she bought a car from him a week after I did. The next car purchase I make again I already know who I will be purchasing it from!! CJ and only CJ!! I'm looking forward to a lifetime of car purchasing with CJ. So please CJ never leave because I will be lost!!! All I can say is I love you CJ!!! Keep making people dreams come true!!! Thank you!! More

I brought my friends with me when I purchased the car and they all think Gracie is amazing! Great overall car buying experience! This was our first time purchasing a Mercedes (and first time purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned as well). CJ was very personable and had a no pressure This was our first time purchasing a Mercedes (and first time purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned as well). CJ was very personable and had a no pressure approach which we thoroughly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, even responded to texts on his day off! We got a great deal on our Certified Pre-Owned ML350 and a good value on our trade-in. Ashli in Finance got us a great rate and took care of all the details. It was almost too easy! We like Mercedes and Ken Stuart We have had a few experiences with Crown and Mercedes. In the past, we were convinced that Cadillac was our brand, but the Cadillac dealership (Germain) and the erosion of the brand changed our minds. We were looking when we decided to try Mercedes. We have purchased both used and new. We are convinced that Mercedes is a quality product and they value our business. The best ambassador of that business is Ken Stuart. He knew we had a bad experience with Cadillac and he has worked very hard to make our experience at Crown with Mercedes very positive. Ken and Mercedes are now our preferred brand. More
