Great service on my E350 4matic I contacted Shen Saguisi after I hit a huge pothole. My E350 needed to be towed to the shop at Crown. Shen got the Mechanic working on it that after I contacted Shen Saguisi after I hit a huge pothole. My E350 needed to be towed to the shop at Crown. Shen got the Mechanic working on it that afternoon and kept me informed on his progress. I was able to save money by Shen recommending getting my two rims repaired instead of buying new ones. Shen also explain every repair needed so there were no surprises when I paid the bill. More

We are very happy with our Mercedes and would recommend both the dealership and our salesman - Ken Stuart. Ken did a wonderful job of listening to us and he worked hard to be sure we were pleased with our purchase. He spent time helping us learn the bells and whistles (and even offers his cell for down the road support when we forget how something works!). He is extremely professional. Would buy from him again! Bill Stevenson was so patient for 6 months as I waited for my lease on another brand to be up. He called when he said he would and did a great job of getting to my monthly payment without feeling like it was a chore. He even got a beautiful bow to put on the car when I went to pick it up! A man who derves with joy and commitment I really wasn’t planning to buy a new Mercedes when I did, but took a loaner and turned smitten. Michael knew how to get to my needs and accommodated with sincerity and knowledge. I became aware of his lunderstanding of cars very quickly and trusted what he said. He tapped into my needs very quickly and helped me find the right car for me. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with the car already since I bought it? but that had nothing to do with him. He helped the situation as much as possible and continued to support my needs. It would have been much worse to go through these issues if it hadn’t been for him. More
