We are especially impressed by their service manager, Shengqian Saguisi. He is as good as it gets when it comes to helping you solve a problem. Best Car Purchase EVER with Top Sales and Service Experience I had been searching for a vehicle for two weeks, and had visited several local dealers in Indianapolis and searched many hours on line as well. I fo I had been searching for a vehicle for two weeks, and had visited several local dealers in Indianapolis and searched many hours on line as well. I found a car I was interested in at Crown Eurocars of Dublin, Ohio. From my very first call to ask questions I knew I was dealing with folks who knew what they were doing. Everyone was super nice, professional, and over the top with elite customer service especially Frank my salesman. I was from out of town and Frank and his finance Partner Wayne treated me like I had been buying cars from them for years. I got caught in traffic driving over from Indy and got to the dealership 1 hour after closing. Frank eagerly offered to stay and the car was prepped and ready to go with a full tank of gas like it came off the showroom floor when I got there. If this dealership has a car you are interested in please call Frank, you will not regret it. I drove 192 miles to Crown and could not be happier! Five Star Dealership for sure! Marshall S More

My sales consultant Steve Revard was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were going in the right direction and I was comfortable with my purchase. Financing was quick and extremely easy. Steve made sure I was comfortable throughout the process which included service. Crown is far above the competition. I would definitely recommend Crown even if you didn’t buy from them but used the service department. Bryan Moser definitely makes you feel at home and comfortable. Very impressed with everyone at Crown. More

Very disappointed with how service was handled I took my car in for service after having some noise coming from the front right side of the car. They provided a "fix" that was covered under my warr I took my car in for service after having some noise coming from the front right side of the car. They provided a "fix" that was covered under my warranty. The noise was slightly improved but not fixed. When I took the car back to have it checked again, they agreed to replace the part they had already replaced at no cost but charge me for additional work to solve the problem that should have been taken care of in the first place.
