Although each deal has been a little different, Ken was again outstanding throughout the entire process. Ken again demonstrated he cares about all of his customers and treats them with respect. I appreciate him searching for a specific set of features/options of the 2018 GLE 350 I was looking to purchase. We interacted several times through email/phone before I came into the dealership. This allowed for our time in the dealership to be very efficient. In all four deals of our deals, Ken has proven to be a trust worthy person and someone that I plan to continue to work with in the future vehicle purchases.
