We purchased a new GLE350 and had an issue with a warning light coming on while on a trip. We took the car to Crown and Cory got up and met us, called us by name (after not seeing us since early August) and light coming on while on a trip. We took the car to Crown and Cory got up and met us, called us by name (after not seeing us since early August) and took the car to service for us. The car was washed and had answer for us within a few minutes. We did not have an appointment to get this done as we live two hours away and just happened to be in the area to visit our son. A tremendous experience with a most positive outcome. Great job Cory! More
