I initially found Crowne Mercedes by Googling the top Mercedes dealers in Ohio and Crowne came back as #1. I saw that Ken Stuart was one of the most highly rated Salesperson. I contacted Ken and that was Mercedes dealers in Ohio and Crowne came back as #1. I saw that Ken Stuart was one of the most highly rated Salesperson. I contacted Ken and that was all I needed to do. The purchase of my 2021 GLA 4matic was my best car purchase experience EVER. His attention to detail, the ability to really listen to what I wanted and presenting a very fair offer was nothing short of amazing. To top it off, he drove it 60 miles north to deliver it. As long as we are buying Mercedes, they will be purchased at Crowne. I’m letting all of my friends and family know what a great place to do business. More
