We had a very nice experience at Crown Eurocars of Dublin. Youssoupha Mbao and Bill Stevenson are both very friendly/personable, professional and knowledgeable. We had previous experiences at other MB Dublin. Youssoupha Mbao and Bill Stevenson are both very friendly/personable, professional and knowledgeable. We had previous experiences at other MB dealerships where the sales/service were pretentious and condescending. For this reason, we did not return to purchase MB vehicles for many years. It was refreshing to have a pleasant, service oriented experience again! More

The dealership is about average. I have purchased three cars from their salesman Ken Stewart who is exceptional. The other people I have worked with were Konstantin Kurmak in sales Who was very helpful and cars from their salesman Ken Stewart who is exceptional. The other people I have worked with were Konstantin Kurmak in sales Who was very helpful and Bill Tippie in finance who was so bad my wife and I almost walked out on a cash deal. If it was not for him I would have given Crown an excellent rating instead of an average rating. When I buy a car from a high end dealer I expect to work with exceptional people. More

My car was in to have the “A” Service and 4 new tires. The service took longer than expected because the tires had to be ordered but I had a loaner car which worked out for me.
