I visited Crown Motors on a whim. Upon entering the showroom , I encountered Richard Norman , a sales representative who was assisting another customer. I explained to him what I was looking for and it was apparent that he made every effort to match me with a car that would fit may needs and price range. This man was most courtious and professionial in his approach. There was not a hint of any high- pressure tactics I had encountered at other luxsurey car agencies. Richard krew his product and willingly shared information with me of all the capabilities of the model I was most interested in. Unlike other car shopping experiences, Mr. Norman actually made the whole thing enjoyable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the new 2010 E Class, its systems, features and amenities. Although I was not ready to make an immediate purchasing decision, Tom was patient with my wife and I and was willing to give me the time to think through my decision without pressure. I had been shopping for a Mercedes at the dealer at Easton, but found that Tom's knowledge and professionalism was far superior to anything I experience at that other dealership. After my experience with Tom Sands, I will never shop at any other Mercedes Benz dealer. At delivery, Tom took the time to go through the car with my wife, patiently and with expertise. I had given specific requirements to each dealership, including mileage, year, condition, options and price. I even sent out requests to Cincinnati and Cleveland. Some dealerships called but most were unable to work within my parameters. Richard called me many times and I was able to deal with him while working at home. This was very convenient for me, since I work from home and have children. I can honestly say, Richard did not give up until he found me the car within my specific requirements. Amazingly, it took him only a few days! The service manager was extremely accommodating and willing to get the job finished while I was there without having to return.
