Richard krew his product and willingly shared information with me of all the capabilities of the model I was most interested in. He took the time to thoroughly explain the new 2010 E Class, its systems, features and amenities. Although I was not ready to make an immediate purchasing decision, Tom was patient with my wife and I and was willing to give me the time to think through my decision without pressure. I had been shopping for a Mercedes at the dealer at Easton, but found that Tom's knowledge and professionalism was far superior to anything I experience at that other dealership.
