We have been treated as though we purchased the most expensive car on the lot. We call Todd or Ron for a service appointment, the same expert Ron always works on our cars and all three provide a delightfully professional and personal service. When we are looking for a replacement Mercedes Benz we see Glenn Gilbert. He finds the type of car which fits us, at the price we want to afford then Greg Brooks guides us down the path that fit us. I always hated the used car salesman with the “what’s it going to take to put you in a car today attitude” with the service departments that had little time to be polite and personal, I refused to spend my money at these dealerships. Buying from Crown MB has been a pleasant experience with trustworthy and competent professionals. I have never been coerced to buy a car or overextend myself with service. The sales, service and finance departments have always been helpful, guiding me through the purchase of five Mercedes Benz vehicles and an outstanding adventure as well as friends made. WOW! I've wanted a C 63 AMG for 3 years. I met Dustin at another Mercedes dealer a couple of years ago and almost bought the car then, but my family wasn't comfortable dealing with the company. I ended up w another Mercedes dealer a couple of years ago and almost bought the car then, but my family wasn't comfortable dealing with the company. I ended up with a BMW coupe instead. I looked Dustin up and found that he had moved to Crown Mercedes. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same afternoon. Dustin took the time to show me different variants of the C 63, listened to what I really wanted and found my dream car. He stayed very late to help me and made the process of buying a car like none I've experienced before! I am SO excited about my car. Dustin spent time making sure I was happy and handled the whole sale from beginning to end - an experience that I've never had while buying a car before. I can say that I love my new C 63 and my family and I will continue working with Dustin and Crown for our other vehicle purchases. When we first stopped by this dealership to check out cars for our growing family, we were not determined to go with Mercedes. Mr. Stuart managed to convince us to go with MB and did a great job finding cars for our growing family, we were not determined to go with Mercedes.
