I have been so disappointed with the service here. I have waited 25 minutes or more just to have my car taken in for service by the person who made the appointment while the three other service reps are sitt waited 25 minutes or more just to have my car taken in for service by the person who made the appointment while the three other service reps are sitting there with no one. They are stingy with loaner cars and the reps need some classes on customer service. The loaner cars they do have are the smallest and cheapest Mercedes makes. I love my Mercedes, but I will be buying a Lexus SUV again because you just CAN'T beat the service... At least this is true in the Columbus area. More

I had a lease that ran through October 2011. I received a letter from Easton Mercedes about a special they were running to turn in lease vehicles early. I had a difficult time getting anyone at the Easton Mercedes to return my calls. I needed to know the date the lease expired, the payoff amount, and more about the solicitation piece I had received. I was told that my initial sales person Tom Sands had gone to the Dublin Mercedes. I was assigned a gentleman by the name of Brandon. I called several times and left messages for him. Apparently he was on vacation at first. And when he did call me back he couldn't answer my questions and directed me to US Bank because that was where my financing was set up through. I contacted the Dublin Mercedes and spoke to a sales rep named Michael Gale. I really feel he went above and beyond. He was able to work it out where I could return my lease at his dealership despite me setting up the lease through another dealership. He was able to obtain all the financing information I had questions about. He went over new lease options and showed me both new and used vehicles to purchase. I'm so excited about the new car I purchased and really appreciate all of Mike's hard work. More

In particular, I was extremely impressed with Dustin Holland, the Internet Sales Manager at Crown Eurocars. He had gone out of his way to "win me back" after I had prematurely thought that there was "no way" we would come to terms on a deal. However, he seemed to know that I was serious and that a deal could be worked out. Dustin has a way of being genuine and humble, yet persistent and patient without being pushy. He showed great character that was downright awesome. In order to complete the deal and get my vehicle, I had to fly in from another state. Dustin kindly went out of his way to pick me up at the airport and drove me back to his dealership. At Crown Eurocars they obviously go out of there way to make everyone feel important, which is also a big plus. Finally, I just want to say that I chose to deal with Crown Eurocars because they are among "The Best of the Best" from the research I had done. It didn't hurt that they also had the exact vehicle I was in search for. I had searched throughout the whole country for over two months for this older and rare model of Mercedes-Benz. They had it for sale at a very reasonable price. This "used" vehicle that I purchased from Crown Eurocars was mechanically sound and in very clean, prestine, showroom condition. This was quite possibly the best purchase I have ever made. More
While it was not planned, when I first visited Crown Eurocars of Dublin it just happened to be on a Saturday, late in the afternoon just before closing, and it was the last day of the month. Stephen R Eurocars of Dublin it just happened to be on a Saturday, late in the afternoon just before closing, and it was the last day of the month. Stephen Revard greeted me and introduced himself. I memtioned that I knew it was close to their closing time, however, Stephen insisted that this should not be a concern, he was there to be of service and help answer my questions. We discussed some of the various MB models, and then Stephen inquired about a test drive of the car I was interested in. We drove the 2011 E350 and while I was impressed with the vehicle, I was just as impressed with Stephen's knowledge of the vehicle and his professional manner in explaining all the features, especally the safety and on-board mbrace systems. Upon returning to the dealership, Stephen took the necessary time to review the company's model inventory, although the dealership was starting to close for the weekend. I think he put my needs first, something I've rarely experienced when buying a car. I would strongly recommend Stephen Revard and Crown Eurocars! More

I appreciated his follow-up - sometimes, a bit too aggressive and over-done with repeated calls, but I understand where he is coming from. He made great arrangements to have everything taken care of when he was out of the office to close the deal. When signing papers and during closing - there was a very long period of time waiting for the business manager, finance person and everyone else to even get the papers signed - it was a matter of 2 hours. I hope that I can trust the reputation and service of Crown - that they have certified the car and will back it up in terms of quality and warranty. In addition, I hope the repairs will be done in excellent condition so that it's like brand new and in time. I appreciate Stephen's canny persistence - was a little put off when he took a call in the middle of the test drive of the vehicle and then proceeded to say that it was a "very important client since he purchases numerous vehicles from him every year." Regardless of the amount of business the other customer may bring to Stephen - Stephen can me more effective if he treats all his customers as if they were all equally as important to him. More

The dealership is always friendly, the service department is professional and very good about getting the car in and out in a timely fashion. As a woman, I appreciate the fact that they treat me like I am reasonably intelligent and worthy of their time, unlike the other dealership in town where I have been poorly treated on more than one occasion. I would highly recommend the Crown Eurocar of Dublin group across the board; customer service is very important to them and it shows! My new car is magnificent, has incredible technological features that Stephen has kindly offered to help me learn, and I am thoroughly enjoying the heated seats as I wait for spring to arrive.
