He's such a friendly person and his customer service skills is amazing!!He really knows his cars and cares about his customers as if they were family. He makes sure his customers are always happy even after one year after purchasing my car. I had an experience, where I had a minor scratch on my new car, he came out and fixed it on a Saturday afternoon without me having to go through the hassle of Service or having to take my car to an Auto body shop to pay $$ for something that took him 5 mins to fix! After 2 of my family members purchasing cars here - I caved in and went in and talked to them. I say this because I rarely purchase a new car and I hardly ever go to a dealership for my preowned purchase caved in and went in and talked to them. After witnessing the wonderful job both CJ did with my father's new purchase - compared to the "other" Mercedes dealership in town - I gave CJ my parameters and he had, Tom Sands, one of his managers get to work on finding me a great deal on a lightly used high end vehicle. After about a week and a half they found me one the vehicles within my parameters and for a great price. No high pressure sales, great communicaton, and they were very forthright with me. They had found me a vehicle in the first week and decided not to sell to me after finding issues with the all wheel drive system. Honesty, integrity and great communication has been laid as a foundation between myself and this team at Crown Euro Cars! Ill definently be shopping there again and sending my referrals to see CJ Sexton and Tom Sands at Crown! Thanks again guys!!! More

Matt Frazier is a superlative sales professional. He did what salespeople at other dealers seemed unwilling to do, he worked hard, very hard to make me the very proud owner of a new Mercedes. When I inquire what salespeople at other dealers seemed unwilling to do, he worked hard, very hard to make me the very proud owner of a new Mercedes. When I inquired of other dealers, before I luckily encontered Matt , "no we have none of those" was the common response. A simple email to Crown Eurocars, brought Matt to me. I toid him what I wanted and indeed Crown did not have the particular GL 450 which I wanted. But Matt, unlike all the others, said he would see what he could do. That same day he had found exactly what I had so hoped for. We spent several days exchanging phone calls and emails and throughout Matt was quick to respond, and knowledgeable in the information he shared with me. My experience with Matt was the best sales experience I have ever encounterd. Crown gets high praise in this as well. The GL though transported from another dealer just a few days earlier, was breathtakingly beautiful there on the showroom floor yesterday when we took delivery. Matt was of course very skillful in explaining all the features and nuances of the GL and he answered our every question. The other sales staff members present there that day were also all very affable, and kind. Thanks to Matt we are very happy, extremely well satisfied customers of Crown. Crown Eurocars gets my highest recommendation, so does Matt. More
