I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz from Melissa Greenberg at Crown Mercedes. I had went to 4 previous dealerships and when I walked into Crown and met Melissa and started to tell her what I was looking for but also about my very very challenging financial situation she didn't even flinch. All of the previous dealerships looked at me like there is the door but Melissa didn't. She said well I love a challenge sweetie and we will get you this mercedes. I honestly was a little skeptical because I knew that to do that would take a miracle. Well, Melissa was my miracle because she worked and worked and worked and that evening I drove home in my new Mercedes!!! She has a magnetic personality and the girl knows what she is doing so much so that I asked if she was the owner and come to find out she had just transferred to Crown and it was only her second day there. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted promptly and lead to a very helpful sales rep, Grady Nance. We had a vehicle in mind, which he explained fully but with no pressure. It was the end of the day, but Grady did not hesitate to give us time for an adequate test drive. He did not inundate us with facts but let the vehicle sell itself, answering our questions during the drive, but never interrupting the driving experience. Overbearing reps literally "drove" us away from other dealerships. During price negotiations, were were treated respectfully, and were happy with the end result. Further, Grady went above and beyond by surprising us with an additional item we wanted for the vehicle. We have been pleased with our interactions with the Business Manager, Dustin Holland, and also with the service department. So far, a great buying experience which for us came after visiting about every other dealership (various brands) in town, and after much deliberation.
