When looking for a new car, I was interested in both Mercedes and Audi. Ken Stuart sold me my last Mercedes so of course I started with him first. If it weren't for Ken, I may not have bought another Mercedes, because initially I felt I was just ready to change brands. We are always greated by a very friendly older gentleman. He greats us with his clip board very much expecting us. We are never left standing around waiting. Immediately we were introduced to Mr. Dill. He was totally prepared with our paper work. That was for two cars. After a few short minutes we were shown to our loaner car. Mr. Dill was professional, friendly, and efficient. We received a call just as we were told in the time frame given. All work was explained that was done on our cars.
